The base protocol strictly includes using a dry microfiber cloth to remove settled airborne dust from staged tableware. We do not run the dishwasher or hand-wash dirty dishes as part of the standard structural clean. If the property contains a large volume of dirty dishes that require manual washing or loading/unloading, this must be selected in advance as a separate Dishwashing Add-on so we can allocate the additional labor time required.
We perform a visual inspection of the grill's exterior. If the previous turnover missed interior grease or carbon buildup, you must book the BBQ Grill Deep Clean Add-on for proper degreasing before the guest arrives.
