Base- Towel Exchange: collection of used bathroom and pool towels, replacing them with a fresh set provided by the host.
- Total Trash Removal: emptying all wastebaskets throughout the property (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) and replacing the liners.
- Bed Reset: making the bed and straightening existing linens. (Note: Full bed linen replacement is a separate add-on service).
- High-Traffic Vacuuming: rapid HEPA-vacuuming of the main walkways, kitchen, and bathrooms to remove accumulated crumbs and beach sand.
- Hard Floor Mopping: light damp mopping of hard floors in high-traffic areas to refresh the space and eliminate light footprints.

Kitchen- Countertop Polish: quick wipe-down of exposed kitchen countertops and the sink (working around guest groceries and dishes).

A standard Turnover is designed for an empty house to prepare it for the next reservation. A Mid-Stay Refresh is specifically designed to navigate around people who are actively living there. We don't do deep structural cleaning during this visit; we focus on removing trash, swapping dirty towels, making beds with fresh linens, and sanitizing high-traffic wet areas (kitchens and bathrooms) without disrupting their vacation setup.
We respect guest privacy and avoid cross-contamination. We will carefully clean around their personal items to sanitize the sink basin and the mirror. We do not move, touch, or organize their toiletries. If a vanity counter is completely covered in personal belongings, our team will only sanitize the exposed areas to prevent accidentally knocking over or contaminating their items.
Labor time depends on the square footage, how many beds need linen changes, and how cluttered the floors are with the guests' belongings. We don’t guess with their vacation time. No, they are welcome to stay on the property. However, to execute our technical protocols efficiently and safely, our team needs clear access. We work systematically room-by-room, and we require guests to temporarily vacate the specific area we are actively sanitizing—especially during HEPA-vacuuming and floor mopping. Please note that we cannot service a bedroom or change linens if a guest is currently occupying the bed or sleeping.
The standard Mid-Stay Refresh includes a streak-free wipe of the interior glass doors to remove handprints and dog smudges. We also do a quick surface vacuum of the tracks. However, if the tracks are packed with heavy Florida sand making the doors hard to slide, or if the exterior glass is coated in sea salt, you will need to select the Sliding Door Track Detailing or Exterior Glass Cleaning Add-ons during booking. We will deploy the specialized equipment needed to extract the sand and restore the exterior view.
